How much time does my team need?

Start includes six self-paced modules of around 20 minutes each, plus a one-hour intake and a one-hour wrap-up. We plan the time for everyday practice and, with Partner, implementation together with you.

What if people are reluctant?

Not everyone needs to start with the same enthusiasm. We make room for questions and concerns and work with concrete tasks. People are involved, not replaced by AI.

What do you mean by an AI assistant?

An individually configured, reusable helper for a specific task, for example with suitable instructions and a working template. It is created in tools your company approves. It does not automatically mean bespoke software or an autonomous system.

Which tools do we use, and how is data handled?

We clarify this at intake: approved tools, data classification, internal policies and applicable requirements. Confidential or personal data should not be entered into AI tools without prior review. Team+ is not a guarantee of legal compliance.

Can I upgrade from Start to Partner?

Yes. Partner includes Start. The amount already paid for Start is credited when upgrading. We agree on the transition and schedule together.

What happens after four months?

We review progress and agree on useful next steps. Additional support is optional and discussed separately.
